MindAudit ("we", "us", "our") provides independent technology assessment reports for mental health applications and platforms. By purchasing a report or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

MindAudit produces written audit reports that evaluate mental health technology against the published clinical evidence base. Reports are generated using a combination of AI analysis tools and expert psychiatric review.

3. Not Medical Advice

Our reports are independent technology assessments. They are not medical advice, clinical recommendations, or therapeutic guidance. Reports are intended for organisational decision-making, procurement evaluation, and technology development. They do not replace the clinical judgement of a treating practitioner.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver all reports within 48 hours of receiving a complete submission. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand. Reports are delivered electronically via email in PDF format.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will process a complete refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report for your internal purposes. You may share the report within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report (in whole or in part) without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all submission details as confidential. We will not share information about your app, platform, or organisation with third parties. We may use aggregated, de-identified data for internal research purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Privacy

We collect your email address and submission details solely to deliver your audit report. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store credit card details.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
